Do you replace our TMS or pricing team?
No. Quotiveo automates the work before pricing — extraction, validation and review — and hands a quote-ready RFQ to your existing team and systems.
What if our RFQs aren't Ocean FCL?
The MVP is tuned for Ocean FCL, where most forwarder volume sits. LCL, air, road and express follow one mode at a time, driven by customer demand.
Will the AI email our customers by itself?
Never in the MVP. Clarification emails are generated as drafts; a human reviews, edits and clicks send.
Is our data used to train models?
Not without your explicit agreement. Your RFQ data stays yours, isolated per tenant.
How long does a pilot take?
The historical run can start as soon as you share sample RFQs. The live phase typically runs a few weeks — long enough to measure real numbers.
